Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• End-to-end delivery from concept through launch, learning, and adoption.
• Strong full-stack capability across frontend, backend, API, data, and cloud tech.
• Hands-on experience with large language models, retrieval, tools, or related AI patterns.
• Experience with telemetry, debugging, reliability, incident response and performance.

Responsibilities

• Start with the user: work with users and domain experts to map real workflows.
• Test hypotheses quickly with concise specs, prototypes, and small releases.
• Own complete product slices across experience, services, data, AI, and integrations.
• Shape AI behavior with instructions, context, retrieval, and outputs.
• Build an evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations.
• Instrument journeys to connect adoption to system behavior and cost.
• Engineer for responsible use with secure data handling and fallbacks.
• Own production quality: release incrementally, monitor, and recover from incidents.
• Make practical trade-offs balancing quality, speed, and reliability.
• Share reusable components and evaluation assets within the platform.
