EY is seeking an engineer to turn emerging AI capabilities into durable products, staying close to users and production code. You will own complete vertical slices across experiences, services, data, AI behavior, and enterprise integrations.

The role favors founder-like ownership, rapid experimentation, and a disciplined approach to testing, accessibility, and reliability. Travel up to 50% with hybrid office options.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• End-to-end delivery: taking software from concept to launch and adoption.
• Technical breadth across frontend, backend, API, data, and cloud technologies.
• Applied AI experience with large language models, retrieval, tools, or similar patterns.
• Evaluation experience with automated testing and behavioral evaluation.
• Live-service ownership with telemetry, debugging, reliability, incident response, and performance improvement.
• User-centered practice—working directly with users, designers, and product leaders to improve decisions.
• Engineering craft—clear specifications, maintainable code, thoughtful review, and sound trade-offs.
• Travel up to 50% and hybrid on-site office availability.

Responsabilidades

• Start with the user and understand real workflows to identify value where AI helps.
• Test assumptions quickly with concise specifications, prototypes, and small releases.
• Own complete product slices across experience, services, data, AI behavior, and integrations.
• Shape AI behavior with instructions, context, and structured outputs; tune when evidence supports it.
• Build an evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations for usefulness, safety, and accessibility.
• Instrument user journeys to relate adoption and task success to system behavior and cost.
• Engineer for responsible use with clear consent, data handling, and rollback capabilities.
• Own production quality by releasing incrementally and monitoring live behavior and incidents.
