You’ll work as an end-to-end builder with founder-like ownership, moving from user conversations to secure services, balancing speed with accessibility, maintainability, and thoughtful simplification when evidence calls for it.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant and applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• End-to-end delivery: concept through launch, learning and adoption.
• Technical breadth across frontend, backend, API, data, and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience building products with large language models, retrieval, tools, or similar AI patterns.
• Evidence of automated testing and behavioral evaluation for probabilistic systems.
• Telemetry, debugging, reliability, incident response, and performance improvement ownership.
• Experience working directly with users, designers, and product leaders to turn evidence into better product decisions.
• This role requires up to 50% travel and flexibility to go into the office in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities

• Start with the user and understand workflows with domain experts.
• Test assumptions quickly with concise specs, prototypes, and small releases.
• Own complete product slices across the experience, services, data, AI behavior, and enterprise integrations.
• Shape AI behavior with instructions, context, retrieval, structured outputs, and tool use.
• Build the evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations.
• Instrument user journeys to relate adoption and task success to system behavior, latency, failures, and cost.
• Engineer for responsible use with clear permission boundaries, secure data handling, and recovery pathways.
• Own production quality by releasing incrementally, monitoring live behavior, and turning failures into durable improvements.
• Make practical trade-offs balancing experience, quality, speed, reliability, and cost.
• Contribute reusable patterns and evaluation assets across the broader platform.
