Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Create current- and future-state process maps and flow diagrams.
- Lead stakeholder analysis and process improvement workshops.
- Evaluate AI, automation, and analytics use cases based on value and feasibility.
- Build, configure, test, and deploy AI agents and automations.
- Establish metrics to measure time, cost, quality, productivity.
- Partner with IT, data, and platform teams to move solutions into production.
- Monitor AI solution performance and adapt prompts and workflows.
- Document solutions and reusable AI practices.
- Support change management and user adoption.
- Communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
