Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to lead the operational backbone of its AI Strategy & Transformation team. The role focuses on establishing standard work, calendars, templates, and governance to keep the portfolio aligned and high performing.

You will support adoption, analytics, and cross-functional coordination for impactful AI initiatives. Reporting to the Director, AI Strategy & Transformation, you will enable senior leaders to focus on strategy while ensuring disciplined

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in operational excellence, program coordination, or transformation support within a complex technical or matrixed organization.
• 2+ years of experience working with data and analytics tools, including the development of dashboards and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own operational excellence for the AI Strategy & Transformation team, including standard work, calendars, and templates.
• Maintain portfolio dashboards, initiative trackers, and governance materials for leadership visibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance activities and lifecycle tracking of AI initiatives.
• Support adoption operations with metrics, training logistics, and enablement materials.
• Prepare executive briefings and governance documentation for leadership reviews.
