Job summary

Credit Corp Solutions, Inc. invites an AI Business Process Consultant to bridge business operations with cutting-edge AI implementations in our Draper, Utah office.

You will identify opportunities, design AI-driven workflows, and prototype agentic solutions alongside senior operational leaders to scale our US operations. You will prototype AI agents, build data pipelines, and draft compelling business cases for ROI, while continuously optimizing prompts and processes in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, IT, Finance, Engineering, or Business Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools with working knowledge of Google Agent Studio, Prompt Design & Engineering, Python, SQL, and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual, repetitive, or complex workflows ripe for AI automation and agentic replacement.
• Build, configure, and prototype AI agents and prompt chains; scope data pipelines and API integrations with IT teams.
• Draft business cases for senior management detailing prompts, token usage, and ROI metrics.
• Monitor AI model performance and iterate on prompts and workflows for continuous improvement.
• Guide teams through transitions to AI-driven workflows and address change management challenges.
