Qualifications

• Ability to translate complex human workflows into programmatic logic or LLM instructions.

Responsibilities

• AI Discovery & Operational SME: Gain a deep understanding of operational processes and policies to identify AI automation opportunities.
• Prototyping & Technical Build: Build, configure, and prototype AI agents and prompt chains with data pipelines and API integrations.
• Business Case Development: Quantify opportunities and draft ROI-driven business cases for senior management.
• Measurement & Continuous Optimization: Monitor AI models and workflows; iterate prompts and processes.
• Change Management: Guide teams through transitions with intelligent automation.
