Job summary

You will apply AX Design principles, build analytic frameworks, and collaborate with client teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations. A strong consulting background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in process excellence, redesign, or management consulting.
• 1+ year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
• 1+ year integrating AI and automating business process design.
• 1+ year of consulting delivery or domain experience across at least one industry.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications for AI integration points and operating models.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI-assisted visualization and analysis tools.
• Conduct benchmarking analysis with AI-accelerated tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools.
• Apply industry knowledge to review and improve reinvention designs.
• Contribute to reference library and continuous learning.
• Specify AI agent behaviors and handoffs in AX Design principles.
