Job summary

LaunchAI is seeking an AI Process Consultant in Orem, Utah. You will meet with customers, interview employees, and map end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies and repetitive tasks that AI can automate.

You’ll translate business requirements into clear workflow specifications for the implementation team, acting as the bridge between the customer and technical staff. No software engineering background required, but strong curiosity and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking required.
• Ability to interview users and map complex workflows clearly.
• Experience documenting and testing business processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and business software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and interview employees about existing workflows.
• Document and map business processes from start to finish.
• Break complex workflows into individual actions and decisions.

• Identify opportunities where AI agents can reduce human involvement.
