Genesys is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to shape how we discover and attract top AI and software engineering talent across North America. You will combine proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and AI-powered recruiting to build high-quality pipelines for product engineering, IT, and services, partnering with technical leaders.

This role emphasizes candidate experience and data-driven decision making to fill hard-to-fill roles that advance our cloud and AI-powered customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Recruiting experience within a SaaS/cloud software environment.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring AI talent.
• Experience hiring across software engineering, cloud, data, or product.
• Proficiency with AI tools in recruiting.
• Strong Boolean search, LinkedIn, and talent mapping skills.
• Ability to influence recruiting strategy with technical leaders.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting strategies for technical roles across North America.
• Build high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing and referrals.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn, Findem.ai and other platforms.
• Apply AI tools to improve talent research and recruiting productivity.
• Partner with technical leaders to define talent profiles and market conditions.
• Use analytics and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes.
• Deliver a compelling candidate experience.
