Genesys seeks a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to compete for high-impact technical talent across product engineering, professional services, and IT. You will turn complex hiring needs into focused talent strategies, partnering with technical leaders to influence decisions using market intelligence and recruiting data.

Qualifications

3+ years of technical recruiting experience
SaaS company or cloud software experience
Proven experience sourcing, engaging, and hiring AI talent
Hiring across software engineering, cloud, data, product or related technical disciplines
Proficiency with AI recruiting tools and their practical application
Strong Boolean search, LinkedIn, talent mapping, social sourcing
Proven ability to partner with technical leaders and influence strategy
Experience using ATS and recruiting analytics
Commitment to inclusive recruiting practices

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruiting strategies for technical roles across North America
Build high-quality technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach
Source passive candidates using Boolean search, Findem.ai, LinkedIn, talent databases and social platforms
Apply AI tools to improve talent research, sourcing, market mapping, and recruiting productivity
Partner with technical leaders to define talent profiles and market conditions
Use recruiting analytics and market intelligence to identify gaps and improve outcomes
Deliver a compelling candidate experience to attract top technical talent
