Alkami Technology, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Solutions Architect to design, build, and own the next generation of demo tooling across product lines and APIs.

You will collaborate with Sales Engineers and leadership to close gaps, using AI-assisted development to move quickly and credibly support deals. With 6–10 years in solutions engineering or software development and a BS in a related field, you will translate complex tech into business value, and mentor the SE organization while aligning

Qualificações

• 6–10 years in solutions engineering or software development roles, with hands‑on experience building tools against APIs/SDKs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Fluent with AI-assisted development tools and workflows, able to build and iterate quickly

Responsabilidades

• Build deep, cross-platform expertise in Alkami's demo tooling across front end and back end
• Partner with Sales Engineers and leadership to surface pain points and goals for demo tooling
• Design, build, and maintain the next generation of demo tooling using AI-assisted development
• Step into active deals to answer deep technical questions on APIs/SDKs and integrations
• Serve as the SE org's go-to technical resource for demo tooling questions and issues
• Identify product limitations and feed feedback into long-term platform strategy
• Coach Sales Engineers on technical positioning and objection handling
• Quantify impact on win rate by tracking outcomes and reporting gaps
