Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is hiring for a hands-on Solutions Architect to design and deliver AI-first solutions on Amazon Connect.

You will build working systems, reference architectures, and live demos that accelerate adoption of applied AI for sales teams and customers. You will own end-to-end development from front-end to back-end, tune prompts and memory, and integrate tools and data sources using MCP and A2A patterns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology domains such as software, cloud, or data analytics.
• 3+ years design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 3+ years hands-on coding with REST APIs and web services, including AI integration.
• Full-stack development across front-end and back-end.
• Cloud experience across AWS services and deployment.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, memory management, RAG, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with MCP and A2A interoperability protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI-first solutions for org-level initiatives, including working systems and reference patterns for Amazon Connect.
• Design, build, and maintain Live demo environments showcasing Amazon Connect AI agents.
• Full-stack development of front-end experiences and back-end services, REST APIs and web services.
• Configure Amazon Connect AI agents end to end, including prompts, memory, and evaluation.
• Architect MCP servers to expose tools and data sources for dynamic discovery and multi-agent orchestration.
• Build serverless integrations with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions in Python/Node.js; secure data access to DynamoDB, RDS, S3.
