Job summary

Blackpoint Cyber is seeking a Senior Software Architect to drive the technology strategy for its cloud-native SaaS platform and endpoint agent. You will lead architectural initiatives across the product portfolio and collaborate with Product leadership to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software architecture, deep experience with data platforms and AI-driven software, and strong cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software architecture and engineering experience.
• Experience building and optimizing data pipelines and data sets.
• Expertise in big data and streaming technologies (Elastic, Kafka, Spark).
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure, including containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Mastery of microservices and SaaS enterprise-scale architectures.
• Experience designing high-volume SaaS applications and endpoint agents.
• Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, listening, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational awareness and proactive stakeholder collaboration.
• Hands-on execution and delivery in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Champion AI-driven software architecture and design.
• Own delivery of critical initiatives across the product portfolio with scalability and reliability.
• Define architectural principles, frameworks and standards with engineering teams.
• Lead design reviews and guide architectural direction.
• Provide technical leadership to development and test teams.
• Drive PoCs on AI technologies and adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot production issues.
