Job summary

Blackbaud is seeking an AI Technical Platform Product Leader to drive the internal AI platform and value-stream agent architectures. You will lead a small engineering team, guide two to three engineers on API and agentic design, and partner with enterprise stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable, scalable AI-enabled workflows.

You will evaluate vendors, govern MCP servers, and ensure platform decisions are grounded in current AI capabilities while aligning with enterprise

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
Demonstrated hands-on AI fluency, prompts, multiple LLM APIs, and real workflows.
Agentic workflow design experience in an enterprise context.
MCP server governance and taxonomy knowledge for architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

Serve as embedded technical partner and team lead for value stream POs, guiding agent design and workflow architecture.
Translate business requirements into well-scoped agent specifications for engineering.
Bridge platform capability with value stream delivery ensuring current and future support.
Set technical direction for AI agent standards, guardrails, and governance.
