Job summary

10X Health System is seeking a Solution Architect to shape and validate architecture from business intent through working code across web, cloud, integrations, and mobile platforms. You will own the technology roadmap and guide teams, delivering initial reference implementations and precise, buildable specifications.

The role emphasizes upstream architecture, AI‑accelerated delivery, and collaboration with leadership to ensure strategic alignment and rapid, unambiguous execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience and hands-on architecting on complex multi‑system initiatives.
• Proven ability to take initiatives from concept to production with foundational implementations.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, integrations, and scalable architecture; Microsoft Azure experience preferred.
• Experience architecting and shipping production mobile applications alongside web and backend systems.
• Experience writing detailed technical specifications and driving spec‑first development across teams.
• Experience owning or shaping a technology roadmap across multiple products or initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience building and shipping production AI features and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design for each initiative end to end from business intent to architecture and buildable specs.
• Prove architecture in code by delivering reference implementations and riskiest vertical slices.
• Produce granular, development-ready specifications for rapid execution by developers and AI agents.
• Own product and system architecture and how capabilities form revenue-aligned products and journeys.
• Maintain the overall technology roadmap aligned with company strategy and visible tradeoffs to leadership.
• Design integration solutions across SaaS platforms, labs, partners, and data systems.
• Set the architectural direction for mobile alongside web and cloud for a coherent platform.
