Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Automation Engineer to design, build, and support automation solutions across ITSM, End User Support, and infrastructure operations in a large enterprise.

You will leverage Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and MID Server to create scalable workflows, integrate with cloud and identity platforms, and apply AI tools to improve triage, routing, and operational decision-making while upholding governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 5+ years in infrastructure engineering, cloud operations, or ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience: Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs, and scripting.
• Experience with ITSM, service catalog, and end-user support.
• Knowledge of CMDB, asset management, and change governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support ServiceNow automation solutions for ITSM and infrastructure operations.
• Develop workflows, catalog automations, scripts, and reusable components.
• Automate enterprise IT processes across provisioning, access management, and cloud operations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify automation opportunities and improve service delivery.
• Document solutions and ensure maintainability and governance alignment.
