Job summary

CDW Technologies, LLC is seeking an Integration & Automation Architect to design and support the integration fabric and automation layer of the MyCDW platform, linking ServiceNow environments with TAPR/SMTAP and platform management systems. You will enable AI-driven automation to scale operations, while ensuring security and governance across data in motion.

The role requires deep expertise in enterprise integration patterns, iPaaS, and AI-enabled workflows, with a focus on performance,

Qualifications

Hands-on expertise designing enterprise integration architectures with REST/SOAP, event-driven patterns, iPaaS, ETL, and webhooks.
Experience deploying automated workflows and orchestration at scale.
Knowledge of AI-driven, machine-learning, and agentic automation governance.
Ability to develop integration/automation strategies aligned to business objectives.
Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and strategic decision-making.
Experience in regulated data environments and security/compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end integration architecture of the MyCDW platform and prioritize delivery.
Define integration patterns, data contracts, and governance for data in motion.
Architect the agentic governance, monitoring, and instrumentation for AI agents.
Implement AI-based and rule-based automation to reduce manual effort.
Ensure performance, resilience, and observability of integrations under load.
Maintain security/compliance with PCI DSS and SOC 2 in partnership with IAM.
Evaluate platforms, conduct PoCs, and benchmark for fit and ROI.
Create prototypes translating strategic vision into working solutions.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, security, and product stakeholders.
Document integration registers, runbooks, diagrams, and specifications.
Resolve complex issues during development/deployment and mentor teams.
Navigate vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for tooling.
