You will integrate with external monitoring and security tools like Splunk and Tripwire, develop scripts in PowerShell, Bash, Python, and ensure audits. Base salary $119,000 - $144,000 USD, with annual bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; 6 years IT/automation experience.
• 4+ years of end-to-end ServiceNow automation experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, Flow Designer, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated ServiceNow workflows.
• Integrate with external monitoring and security platforms.
• Develop automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash, Python.
