Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of leadership experience on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Deep understanding of platform architecture, data models, tables, relationships, and integrations.
• Ability to break requirements into components, estimate effort, and challenge estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development activities of the ServiceNow Platform.
• Drive engineering excellence to build, run, and operate the ServiceNow Platform with high availability and resiliency.
• Develop and execute project plans and timelines.
• Manage budgets with cloud providers and relationships with partners.
• Collaborate with Process Owners and Technology Operations to propose architecture and designs.
• Make architecture decisions and develop/configure the platform as needed.
• Identify opportunities for testing and automation.
• Drive automation using AI and ServiceNow features with quality checks.
• Coach and mentor platform architects, engineers, and process owners.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineers; set expectations and conduct reviews.
• Grow team skills and drive platform adoption.
