Job summary

MISO, based in Carmel, Indiana, seeks a ServiceNow Automation Engineer to shape the ITSM ecosystem. You'll design, optimize, and govern end-to-end ServiceNow workflows, leveraging Flow Designer, orchestration, and AI to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.

Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into scalable automations, integrate with external monitoring and security platforms, and ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM, Flow Designer.
• Experience with integration and cross-system automation.
• Hands-on with AI features in ServiceNow (Now Assist, predictive intelligence).

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and maintain automated ServiceNow workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow workflows with external monitoring and security platforms.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Refine automation logic and AI-driven models for accuracy.
• Ensure automations are compliant and audit-ready.
• Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow workflows and AI-assisted automations.
