Experis Technology Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in Hartford, CT (Hybrid) to oversee end-to-end delivery of application managed services within a BFSI context. The role emphasizes leadership across global teams and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

You will drive incident response, build client relationships, and provide ongoing performance insights and improvement roadmaps to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Application Managed Services or Service Delivery Management experience leading large engagements.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience across application development, maintenance, and support.
• Hands-on BFSI domain expertise, including Guidewire BillingCenter and related integrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of application managed services, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
• Lead and manage support teams across multiple geographies, driving service reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement AI-led transformation strategies, including AIOps, automation, and intelligent operations to modernize service delivery.
• Manage incident response, problem management, and service restoration activities to minimize business impact.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships, providing regular performance insights and improvement roadmaps.
