Experis Technology Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in Hartford, CT (Hybrid) to oversee end-to-end delivery of application managed services within a BFSI context. The role emphasizes leadership across global teams and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

You will drive incident response, build client relationships, and provide ongoing performance insights and improvement roadmaps to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Application Managed Services or Service Delivery Management experience leading large engagements.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience across application development, maintenance, and support.
• Hands-on BFSI domain expertise, including Guidewire BillingCenter and related integrations.

• Strong domain expertise in BFSI, including hands-on experience with Guidewire BillingCenter support and related integrations.
• Proven ability to manage global delivery teams operating in a 24x7 support model.
• Experience leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives, including AIOps, GenAI, and automation technologies.
