Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking a seasoned Vice President/Delivery Head for the BFSI Data, Analytics, AI & Integration practice on the East Coast. You will drive strategic customer engagements, cloud and AI transformations, and delivery excellence across key BFSI accounts.

The role demands 18–25 years of experience in IT services or consulting, with strong executive presence and proven ability to scale teams, manage large portfolios, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

18-25+ years of IT services, digital engineering, or consulting experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
Proven success leading large-scale data, analytics, AI, and integration programs for BFSI clients.
Strong experience managing multi-million-dollar delivery portfolios and distributed global teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive customer success, operational excellence, and profitable growth.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery for BFSI data, analytics, AI, and integration engagements.
Drive enterprise data modernization and cloud transformations.
Own delivery governance, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence.
Build trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and business stakeholders.
Partner with Sales and Consulting to shape large deals and drive account growth.
Lead and mentor global teams of delivery managers, architects, and engineering leaders.
Foster an engineering-first culture focused on AI adoption and reusable accelerators.
