Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in AMS/ADM Service Delivery Management leading large, complex engagements.
- 10+ years IT experience across development, maintenance, operations, and transformation.
- Strong Insurance domain experience including Guidewire BillingCenter production support and related processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery, governance, and SLA adherence.
- Lead incident management, crisis communications, and service restoration.
- Drive AI-enabled transformation, automation, and proactive reliability improvements.
- Coordinate transitions, modernization roadmaps, and service profitability.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with clients and delivery partners.
