Job summary

Experis is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in Hartford, CT (Hybrid) to oversee end-to-end delivery of application managed services for BFSI clients. You will lead global teams, drive service reliability, and implement AI-driven modernization initiatives, ensuring strong client satisfaction and continuous improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in managed services or service delivery leadership, 10+ years IT experience, and hands-on Guidewire BillingCenter experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Application Managed Services or Service Delivery Management experience leading large support engagements.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience across application development, maintenance, and support.
• Strong BFSI domain expertise, including hands-on Guidewire BillingCenter support and related integrations.
• Proven ability to manage global delivery teams operating in a 24x7 support model.
• Experience leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives, including AIOps and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of application managed services, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
• Lead and manage support teams across multiple geographies, driving service reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement AI-led transformation strategies, including AIOps, automation, and intelligent operations to modernize service delivery.
• Manage incident response, problem management, and service restoration activities to minimize business impact.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships, providing regular performance insights and improvement roadmaps.
