Vendasta is seeking a Sales Development Representative I in Boca Raton to drive high-velocity outreach, engage SMBs, and book qualified onboarding or sales consultations. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, collaborating with Account Executives and onboarding teams to move opportunities forward while using AI-powered tools to streamline workflows.

The ideal candidate is phone-savvy, organized under pressure, and motivated by meeting daily activity goals.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in SaaS or digital marketing environment is preferred.
• Familiar with CRM platforms and high-volume outreach workflows.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and build trust with prospects.

Mansioni

• Handle 25–30 inbound, lead-generated calls per day and qualify prospects.
• Book 4–5 qualified handoff meetings per day to sustain pipeline momentum.
• Use AI-enabled tools and structured workflows to accelerate performance.
• Maintain clean CRM records with summaries and templates for follow-ups.
• Align bookings with fit criteria and rebook missed consultations.
• Adapt messaging based on product knowledge and AI insights.
