BTS Group is seeking a Sales Enablement Analyst to join our Sales Enablement team in a hybrid NYC office. The role focuses on turning data into insights using Claude, Salesforce, and LinkedIn to drive new client acquisitions and grow accounts across North America.

You will train consultants in sales tools, build AI-powered workflows, and support KPI tracking while collaborating with a global team. This is a fast-growing opportunity with significant responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in sales or AI transformation.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Experience with Claude or similar AI tools and building repeatable workflows.
• Willingness to work in a global team and NYC in-person three days/week.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage Claude and AI to analyze Salesforce and LinkedIn data to identify opportunities.
• Generate and refresh targeted lead lists for outreach.
• Research target companies and industries to inform the pipeline.
• Partner with account managers to grow existing accounts.
• Identify manual processes and build Claude-based workflows to automate them.
• Track data in Salesforce for follow-through on opportunities.
• Prepare materials for sales meetings, including Salesforce dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Provide proactive support to sellers throughout the sales process.
