Job summary

Hypersonix.ai is seeking a driven Account Executive to join our US sales team. This full-cycle, quota-carrying role sources and qualifies pipeline, runs the sales process end-to-end, and closes new business across DTC, retail, and ecommerce accounts in the US.

You'll work with the Sales Director and AEs to expand coverage, ramp on our AI-powered pricing and analytics platform, and maintain CRM records. Expect travel 15–25% for customer meetings and events across NRF, Shoptalk, and Groceryshop.

Qualifications

3–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with exposure to US retail or ecommerce
Full-cycle sales experience, capable of hunting for new business and shepherding deals to close
Experience selling AI/ML, pricing, or analytics platforms; ability to sell technical value
Track record of hitting a sales quota in a competitive market
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across a 1–6 month deal cycle
Familiarity with modern retail tech stack (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, Manhattan, Blue Yonder)
Coachable, resourceful, and able to ramp on an existing playbook while contributing ideas
Organized, data-driven, with CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot)
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
US-based with willingness to travel 15–25% for meetings/events

Responsibilities

Prospect and build a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach and inbound qualification across DTC, omnichannel retail, and ecommerce accounts
Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo, business case, negotiation, and close — with quarterly/annual quotas
Run and manage deals with buyers across Merchandising, Digital Commerce, and Pricing functions, including Director- and VP-level
Ramp quickly on Hypersonix's sales playbook and territory plans; prioritize high-value prospects
Build understanding of Hypersonix's AI-powered pricing/platform to sell technical and business value
Collaborate with Account Executives to share best practices and refine deal strategy
Partner with Marketing on outbound campaigns and ABM programs to keep pipeline full
Coordinate with Product and Customer Success to ensure handoff from close to onboarding
Represent Hypersonix at US industry events (NRF, Shoptalk, Groceryshop) and generate pipeline
Maintain accurate opportunity records in Salesforce or equivalent CRM and participate in weekly reviews
