PerformYard is a profitable, growth-stage B2B SaaS company transforming how organizations manage employee performance. This remote Product Manager role collaborates with product teams, stakeholders, and customers to refine the roadmap and define innovative features for our AI-enabled platform.

We seek 3-5 years in software product management, with SaaS and AI development experience, plus Jira collaboration and UX design teamwork. Strong growth potential awaits as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software product management experience with a commercial product, preferably SaaS.
• Experience leading AI-powered product development, from concept through launch and iteration.
• Past product manager and product owner roles in an agile/scrum environment.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers on product features.
• Experience with Jira for epics, stories, and backlog management.
• Startup technology company experience, preferably SaaS.
• Experience developing extensions and integrations for core products.
• Experience working with a team of product managers.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product roadmap initiatives for PerformYard SaaS products.
• Serve as product owner on agile scrum teams, prioritizing requirements with the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to inform the roadmap and evangelize the application.
• Make data-informed decisions across roadmap, design, and development processes.
