Job summary

PerformYard is a growth-stage SaaS company redefining employee performance management. The Product Manager will partner with product teams, stakeholders, and customers to refine the product roadmap and define innovative features for our AI-enabled platform.

You will work within an agile/scrum environment, driving grooming sessions and prioritizing the backlog while reporting to the Senior Product Manager. This is a fully remote role with growth potential.

Qualifications

3–5 years of software product management experience with a commercial product, preferably SaaS.
Proven track record leading AI-powered product development, from concept through launch and iteration.
Prior experience as a product manager and product owner in an agile/scrum environment.
Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers on product features.
Experience with JIRA for epics, stories, and backlog management.
Startup technology company experience, preferably SaaS.
Experience working in a team of product managers.
Experience developing extensions and integrations for a core product to other platforms.

Responsibilities

Own and drive specific product roadmap initiatives for the PerformYard SaaS products.
Serve as the product owner on one or more agile scrum teams, prioritizing requirements and coordinating with the development team.
Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and partners to inform the roadmap and evangelize the application.
Use data-informed decision making to guide roadmap, design, and development.
