Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software product management experience with a commercial product, preferably SaaS.
• Proven track record leading AI-powered product development, from concept through launch and iteration.
• Experience as a product manager and product owner in an agile/scrum environment.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers on product features.
• Experience managing extensions and integrations for a core product to other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive specific product roadmap initiatives for the PerformYard SaaS products.
• Serve as the product owner on one or more agile scrum teams, prioritizing requirements and backlog.
• Inform roadmap with stakeholders, customers, and partners and evangelize the application.
• Take a data-informed approach to roadmap, design, and development processes.
