Job summary

Routeware, based in Portland, Oregon, seeks a Product Manager for the Business Operations line. You’ll drive roadmap delivery, write user stories, and manage sprint execution with a distributed engineering team, including offshore developers.

You’ll help ship AI-powered capabilities for the resident journey and ensure adoption through cross-functional go-to-market work. Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in SaaS product ownership, strong analytics, and a knack for stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Background shipping B2B products for SaaS with end-user focus.
2–3+ years in Product Management or Product Ownership in SaaS.
Strong agile fluency: backlog, stories, sprints, prioritization.
Experience with distributed or offshore engineering teams.
Analytical with product analytics, experimentation, metrics-driven prioritization.
Familiar with AI features and their value in product contexts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on Jira and Confluence, plus a product analytics tool.

Responsibilities

Execute roadmaps and drive day-to-day product delivery.
Collaborate across Business Operations and Routeware platform.
Partner with distributed engineering; write clear specs and async-friendly plans.
Identify, scope, and ship AI-powered capabilities in resident journey.
Coordinate GTM with Marketing, CS, Support; enable adoption post-launch.
Capture customer signals and track KPIs like adoption and education impact.
