PerformYard is a fast-growing, category-leading SaaS company seeking a Product UI/UX Designer to translate requirements and roadmaps into clear, user-friendly designs that boost adoption and satisfaction.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers in agile teams to deliver simple, scalable UI for our HR performance management software, with growth opportunities as the product team expands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design for a commercial browser-based SaaS product.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design skills.
• 1+ years of Figma design experience.
• Experience designing component-driven UIs and atomic design.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to translate roadmaps into user-friendly experiences.
• Lead UX and UI efforts to deliver scalable performance-management software for HR professionals.
• Develop wireframes, UI prototypes, and annotated specs in Figma.
• Maintain and evolve the design system.
