Job summary

PerformYard is seeking a results-driven Product Manager to own roadmap initiatives for our AI-powered SaaS employee performance platform. You will serve as product owner on agile teams, prioritize requirements, and partner with product development to drive releases.

The role requires 3–5 years of SaaS product management, experience with AI features, strong collaboration with UX/UI, and a data-informed approach. This fully remote position offers growth as our product management team expands.

Qualifications

3–5 years of software product management for a commercial SaaS product.
Proven track record leading AI-powered product development from concept to launch.
Experience as product manager and product owner in agile/scrum environments.
Collaborates with UX/UI designers on product features.
Experience with JIRA for epics, stories and backlog management.
Startup tech company experience in a SaaS context.
Experience working with multiple product managers on a team.
Experience developing extensions and integrations for a core product.

Responsibilities

Own and drive product roadmap initiatives for the PerformYard SaaS products.
Serve as the product owner on one or more agile scrum teams and prioritize requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, customers and partners to inform the roadmap.
Use data to inform design and development decisions.
