EY is seeking an experienced engineer to turn emerging AI capabilities into end‑to‑end products. You’ll own complete product slices across experience, services, data, AI behavior, and enterprise integrations, with a focus on practical, secure, and scalable solutions.

You’ll work in Challenger Core, building reusable tools and patterns while collaborating across product, design, and platform teams. This role requires up to 50% travel and hybrid office attendance in the US.

Qualifications

• Broad full‑stack capability spanning frontend, backend, API, data and cloud.
• Hands‑on product development with large language models, retrieval, tools.
• Ability to design rigorous experiments and automated tests for probabilistic systems.
• Experience delivering customer‑ or employee‑facing software from concept to launch.
• Proven telemetry, debugging, incident response and performance improvements.
• Strong collaboration across product, design, domain, platform, and control teams.
• Clear specifications, maintainable code, thoughtful reviews, strong tradeoffs.
• Commitment to responsible AI use, security, and accessibility.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in hybrid settings.
