EY is seeking an experienced engineer to turn emerging AI capabilities into durable products. You will own end-to-end slices across user journeys, data, and AI behavior, working closely with users and domain experts in a hybrid environment.

You will test ideas quickly, shape responsible AI solutions, and ship with strong production practices. Travel up to 50% and collaboration across product, design, and platform teams are expected.

Competenze

• Strong full‑stack capability across frontend, backend, API, data and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI products, model APIs, retrieval, tools, and structured outputs.
• Experience turning evidence into product decisions with user focus.
• Experience designing automated tests and behavioral evaluations for probabilistic systems.
• Telemetry, debugging, incident response, and reliability ownership in live services.
• Ability to collaborate across product, design, domain, platform, and control teams while owning outcomes.
