Qualifications

• 2+ years in business, analyst, operations, or product-adjacent work.
• Analytical mind for spotting data-driven insights.
• Strong business judgment on product flows and processes.
• Self-starter with ownership to scope and drive projects.
• Comfort with AI tools (like Claude) for rapid analysis and execution.
• Clear written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Review Afficiency's product and UX journeys to identify friction and drop-off.
• Analyze session recordings, support tickets, underwriting outcomes, and funnels.
• Turn findings into prioritized, impact-driven recommendations.
• Use AI tools to prototype or implement fixes, not just report.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and underwriting to ship changes.
• Build a repeatable habit of measuring impact and iterating when needed.
• Bring sound business judgment to deciding what to fix now.
