Betterment is seeking a Product Designer to join the Advisor Solutions team in New York City. You will lead AI-powered experiences in the advisor app and design core workflows for billing, client insights, and practice management at scale.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering, contribute to the design system, and ship end-to-end experiences across web and mobile, balancing user needs with business goals in a fast, data-informed environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a product designer.
• Portfolio of product design work across web and mobile.
• Experience with AI tools in design process and evolving practices.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences in advisor/client dashboards from core workflows to AI features.
• Define how AI integrates into advisors’ day-to-day practices with transparent, trustworthy UX.
• Create interactive prototypes to test ideas early and align with partners.
