Qualifications

• Experience shipping frontend and backend features for customer-facing web apps.
• Ability to design APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with AI-powered features and tools.

Responsibilities

• Talk with customers, use the product firsthand, and turn ambiguous needs into straightforward solutions.
• Build full-stack agents and features that connect models with tools, data, and customer-facing interfaces.
• Develop workflows such as turning campaign briefs into contests and helping creators move from invitation to published content.
• Test brand and creator experiences end to end, then improve them using customer feedback, usage data, and agent evaluations.
• Use AI coding tools to work efficiently, verify their output, and collaborate through clear decisions, demos, and code reviews.
