Conduct in New York is building an AI operating system to accelerate every team. We’re seeking a technically hands-on operator who can work alongside engineers, product, and sales to identify high-leverage automation opportunities and ship end-to-end solutions.

You’ll deploy AI agents and internal tooling, contributing to developer productivity and adoption, while preferring code-first and low-code approaches as appropriate. Own the automation backlog and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical operations, solutions engineering, internal tools, or technical product role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leads across GTM, product, finance, and ops to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Build and deploy AI agents, automations, and internal tooling with code-first or low-code approaches.
• Collaborate with engineering to understand what is being built and improve productivity workflows.
• Build and maintain internal knowledge systems that compound in value over time.
