Job summary

ManoloAI is hiring a Procurement Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers, translating procurement challenges into AI powered workflows and product requirements. This hybrid role blends procurement expertise with solution design and customer engagement, bridging customers and engineering to deliver real business value.

You will lead workshops, map processes, and validate features with customers, helping shape the future of AI-native procurement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or enterprise procurement technology.
• Experience with enterprise procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, Jaggaer, Ivalua, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into product opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand procurement processes and business objectives.
• Translate customer challenges into product requirements and AI driven workflows.
• Configure and validate procurement solutions during customer implementations.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI teams to define new capabilities.
• Lead customer workshops, solution discovery sessions, and process mapping.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual procurement activities using AI agents.
• Validate new product features with customers and provide continuous feedback to engineering.
• Become a trusted advisor on procurement transformation and AI adoption.
