You will design standard processes, implement improvements, and build AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and accountability. The role emphasizes hands-on process design, SOP documentation, and data-driven outcomes, reporting to the VP of Business Operations.

Qualifications

• Must have Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement experience.
• Proven ability to document SOPs that drive consistency and adoption.
• Comfortable designing and deploying AI-enabled tools, automations, or workflows quickly.

Responsibilities

• Embed within prioritized departments to observe and improve daily operations.
• Design automated dashboards and trackers to surface KPI shortfalls.
• Drive end-to-end workflow changes including rollout, training, and auditing.
• Create and transfer ownership of standardized processes to ensure sustainability.
