Job summary

Cerebra is seeking a skilled Business Process & AI Automation Specialist to partner with business stakeholders to map and analyze end-to-end processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.

You will support design and delivery of automation solutions, translate requirements into technical specs with IT, and facilitate process discovery workshops to drive cross-functional alignment and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and process consulting.
• Ability to map end-to-end processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Knowledge of BPMN process modeling and design.
• Experience with AI-driven automation and process automation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
