Job summary

AuxoAI Engineering Pvt. Ltd. in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced IT program manager to lead ERP transformation efforts, coordinating across disciplines and SI partners. You will drive governance, readiness reviews, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4-6 years in enterprise IT PM, ERP experience (Fusion/EBS/SAP/Dynamics), and strong leadership with AI-enabled delivery practices. This full-time role emphasizes collaboration and governance across IT leadership.

Qualifications

4-6 years of IT project or program management in enterprise transformation.
Experience supporting ERP implementations such as Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong knowledge of software delivery lifecycle, testing, cutover, deployment, stabilization.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and executive stakeholders with third-party partners.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated plan for IT-led activities supporting ERP transformation from design to stabilization.
Coordinate delivery across business, SI, enterprise apps, data, integrations, infra, security, testing and support.
Maintain milestones, RAID items, decisions, assumptions and cross-workstream actions.
Establish governance cadences and prep updates for IT leadership and steering committees.
Drive readiness reviews for design, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
Identify schedule slippage and mitigation plans early to reduce risk.
Ensure IT deliverables align with the overall implementation plan and SI commitments.
