Qualifications

Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or automated workflows.
Deep working knowledge of Salesforce: reports, dashboards, workflow rules, data objects, and reconciliation.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to complete multi-step tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Identify bottlenecks in partner-facing and internal processes; design, document, and implement improvements end-to-end.
Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows.
Own maintenance and optimization of partner operations tools (Salesforce, Jira, the Partner Portal).
Lead project planning and execution for high-visibility initiatives like the Partner Portal rebuild and AI rollouts.
Collaborate with Channel, Salesforce, and Engineering teams to articulate operational needs and proposed solutions.
