Job summary

Flint is seeking a Performance Marketing Strategist to own paid acquisition across Google and Meta for a portfolio of brands. You’ll manage structure, targeting, bidding, budgets and creative testing, and own landing pages as well.

You’ll work directly with engineers and account teams to optimize spend, diagnose waste, and scale profitable campaigns at speed, while shaping Flint’s frontier AI for growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta campaigns for DTC or B2B.
• Ability to own meaningful budgets across channels and show results.
• Strong problem-solving and investigative mindset for optimization.
• Excellent written communication and close attention to detail.
• Comfort with AI tools and building AI-enhanced marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Run Google Ads and Meta accounts hands-on for a portfolio of brands, including structure, keywords, audiences, bidding, budgets, and testing.
• Decide how each brand’s budget should split across Google and Meta based on profitability.
• Diagnose wasted spend and missed conversions, and scale what’s profitable.
• Repair or rebuild accounts that need a stronger foundation in execution and measurement.
• Make calls based on each customer’s growth goals, not vanity metrics.
• Be the expert behind our strategic accounts, stepping in when needed.
• Challenge the ads agent and collaborate with engineers to improve.
• Turn your playbook into Flint’s agent for paid acquisition, starting with search-query mining and account structuring.
• Work alongside our account team who handle day-to-day customer communication.
