Job summary

Flint is building the first self-improving system for performance marketing. As Engagement Manager, you will own a portfolio of brands, guide growth from kickoff through renewal, and drive pilots and experiments across Flint’s ad agents and pages.

You’ll translate customer pain points into new agent capabilities, present results to executives, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to keep accounts on track. Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Experience owning outcomes for clients or a business.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience using AI tools and agents in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Own 20 to 30 customer accounts as their main point of contact.
• Run pilots from kickoff to readout and conversion, including setup, tracking, and success metrics.
• Build an account plan for each customer, covering goals, conversion, and what to test next.
• Work hands-on in each account, reviewing the agent’s landing pages, keywords, and ads before they ship.
• Design and read experiments, and explain the results to customers.
• Lead check-ins, readouts, and escalations with marketing teams and executives.
• Work with product, engineering, and sales to keep each account on track.
• Bring customer pain points back to the team, and turn repeated manual work into agent improvements and our engagement playbook.
