Job summary

Leland is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You will run and scale the paid engine behind our consumer business and help build paid for B2B from the ground up, using AI tools to run tests and automate reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of hands-on performance marketing with budgets on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, plus a data-driven mindset, GA4 expertise, and experience with AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on performance marketing with budgets on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Experience driving consumer purchases and building pipeline for B2B is a plus.
• Strong data skills, attribution and lift testing knowledge, with a proven scale track record.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition for consumer business across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, creative rotation, and reporting.
• Build AI-native processes and automation to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to align ICP and reporting.
