Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery or equivalent.
• Proven track record owning scopes and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with governance, scope, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience with Professional Services, SI partners, or enterprise software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end across the full lifecycle.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve risks.
• Direct day-to-day cross-functional teams to stay aligned on scope and dates.
• Serve as primary contact for VP/C-suite stakeholders and translate workstreams into outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and guide organizational change through the migration.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to platform patterns.
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery and project assets generation.
• Assess readiness, define change enablement, and lead post-migration handoffs.
